Whoever is in charge of operations here has completely lost touch with how to run this resort. Seriously?! We spent well over $3k here on this trip and to say it was disappointing is an understatement. And the kicker? After renting a $500 cabana for the day they charged us $1 to fill our inner tube (since they are no longer providing them due to Covid).
The cafe charges $5 for to go orders and the Chinese food place no longer offers to go orders.
There are literally no food options prior to 11am except the cafe and Starbucks and no room service or buffet anymore. During our last four day stay 6/20-6/24 we encountered a dirty lazy river area with cups/trash left behind under daybeds and in our cabana rental from prior day(s), a water pressure issue in our Dive Inn rooms, overpriced and underwhelming drinks at the dive bar and many of our slots we used to enjoy have now been removed. This has been our 'go to' spot for many years now but sadly things have really gotten bad here as of late.
